Internship – Merchant Onboarding & Engagement at Zomato

As an Intern – Merchant Onboarding & Engagement in Zomato, you will be responsible for all post sign-up activities with merchants for our upcoming business line, Zomato GOLD

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
You will be responsible for driving one of the key success factors for our Zomato GOLD product – Merchant Readiness.
This position requires you to prepare and train merchant staff of our tier-1 clients with the knowledge and infrastructure they need to welcome Zomato GOLD users.
Effective communication across departments to help maintain seamless operations on a day-to-day basis.

Here's what we're looking for:
People with 0-1 years of experience.
Excellent communication, comprehension, and analytical skills.
Calm and empathetic temperament for providing exceptional customer experience.
Willingness to get one's hands dirty – the role may require visits and training sessions at merchant locations.
Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality and common-sense.
A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task.
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.

Duration: 2 months
Stipend: 10k + 7k
