Job brief

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) – Intern to support the recruitment team in variety of sourcing and hiring related projects. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of candidates sourced, coordinate the interview process and maintaining candidate trackers.. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of recruitments and related operations.

Responsibilities

•Support the recruitment team in various projects like sourcing, talent mapping including talent research by leveraging Job Boards Social Media

•Assits the recruiters by ensuring updated Talent pipeline and market maps of key competes are available at all times.

•Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting and supporting end to to recruitment related initiatives

•Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda

•Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

•Support other functions as assigned

Requirements

•Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)

•In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities

•Familiarity with social media recruiting

•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to handle data with confidentiality

•Good organizational and time management skills

Note: This is a full time internship i.e from 10 am to 6 pm and starts from 8th September.
